If you are not already a registered voter, you must register by the close of business on October 9th, either in person or by mail.
If you are not sure whether you are registered to vote, please call the County Registrar’s Office to ask at (804) 501-4347.
Applications to vote by absentee ballot must be received in person by November 3rd or through the mail by October 30th. You can complete your application and vote absentee at the same time if you are doing so in person.
